Is my husabnd allowed to visit me here in Canada if our outland sponsorship is still in progress?
Our application was sent to CPC Mississauga June 3rd, still haven't heard anything. But he wants to visit in August...
Will he be allowed entry?

He can apply for a visa but his chances is very slim to get approved since his PR in process.

Just saw this now. Yes he can visit you. Marlena you are wrong, Canadian Immigration permits dual intent. Meaning somebody who has submitted an application for Permanent Residence can still apply for a temporary visa and officers are instructed not to use any prejudice because of pending PR case. As long as he can satisfy the officer that he will leave Canada before the expiry date of his entry visa they will let him in.
