Need clarification if the FBI "no criminal record found' report mandate to apply for spouse under Family Class? I have taken the fingerprinting however the report is yet to be dispatched. Will applying for the PR for spouse family class without this report delay the process or will it be required at a later stage? The PCC from India is obtained and submitted. I was a temporary assignment in the US and will be returning to India. If the FBI report is requested while processing, I will not be available in the US to do the same.
Any pointers or suggestions?
