The school must be legal in your country. It should have registration, isn't it?
If officer doubt, they will call your school to ask.

yeah thats true unfortunately. If you are employed by any such institute, my advice is that instead of loosing your money, its better to ask CHC directly about your elligibility.
For instance some one on this forum was asked by CHC to show that his degree is earned from a college which was accrediated to some board or uni. Visit link:

Similarly there was another case where CHC was not satisfied with the job just because of doubtful employer/circumstances. Visit link:

I do not want to discourage you but in my opinion passing through the CIO stage for such a person would not be a problem but local CHC might reject. So its better to ask them before you invest your money and time.
Best of luck!

Thank you very very much dear for your reply..............................
Plz. answer if u know....
i have attached my experience letters from three diffrent colleges.......2 from london and 1 from Pakistan....one college in london is ukba and bac accredited whilst the other one was approved by dfes but this one in now closed...the third college was in pakistan...it's a famous college by not arredited by govt. or private bodies.
i need just 17 points for work experience.......... if chc london acknowledges only one colleg's experience, i get the required points...
i have 2 questions.... 1) if chc london ackknowledges 1 college's experience and dont recognise the other 2 colleges....will they still have any reservations or complains
2- what happens if one of the colleges is now closed?
3- what happens if 2 colleges confirm the experience but the 3rd one doesn't
God bless

well i might not be able to answer exactly on your case. I think some imm progessional like camilla or senior ppl can comment on it.
But in my personal view, basic rule is that you will get points against all of the past jobs that CHC is able to verify. I think it would not make much difference if the college has been closed now. Obviously many new companies emerge in the market and many close as well. If they are satisfied with the proofs you have provided, they will definitely grant you points.
