I came in with visitors visa and never left the country for the past 8 years.Need to go to canada to land,my labor is approved but yet to send in my 1-485/140. I am currently on H1B but with no visa stamp.I need to land by end of sept.My question is do I qualify for Automatic visa revalidation?,Any body with experience please anwser me,PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

you can use AVR process ome of y firend recently enterd using AVR, 3 weeks ago. even i am in the same boat i am waitng to go. you will get more posts in canadavisa.com n immigration.ca
