We need to complete our landing formalities in Canada through car from Niagara Falls. I am on 9th year H1B with an expired H1B visa stamp from previous company in old passport. My daughters (Ages 15 and 17)had a B1/B2 stamp in their passport 9 years back when they came to USA and then subsequently changed to H4. My wife is also on H1B with an expired visa on her current passport. We all have our I-94's and I-797. My question is, when we travel to Canada can all of us use automatic re validation when we are there for a week to come back to USA?
Please note: Both me and my wife's I-140 have been approved and we are waiting for available visa numbers to file 485. My H1B and my daughters H4 are valid till Aug, 2012 and my wife's H1B is valid till Aug, 2010
