| Help With Landing in Canada and bringing your own vehicle with you |
|
So it turns out I have to send the original title 72 hrs. in advance to the point of entry where I will be crossing. Then they have it there for us when we get there. The person I was talking with told me that they would verify the information, then they would inspect the vehicle. If everything turns out ok, then I can proceed to Canadian side. From there, they will import the vehicle. I found online that you have to obtain a recall clearance letter as well, to show that your vehicle is up to date on recalls. What a pain!
Also, can you just type out an inventory of your goods, rather than fill in the b4? I printed it out and there isnt much space to list everything, so I thought I would type one up on my own. |
