I have done my medical on 24.03.2009 and they had asked for passports which were submitted on 20.04.2009

My AOR date is March, 2003 and now in November, 2008 they asked for papers update for my family. One of the daughters is working so I had to delete her name from the dependents. After submitting the papers, I received my medical in March, 2009 for rest of the family except her. CIC asked for PPs for rest of the family and educational qualifications details of my non-depedent daughter alongwith landing and processing fee. Now they have sent her medical and asked for PCC alongwith PPs for all the members of the family.

Now the question is whether medical for my non-dependent daughter means they are considering her case, but they have not asked for her processing fee. I am confused and would like to know if my daughter is being considered for PR.

Please guide me...........

Now the medical of my daughter, age 27 years and working and independent, but was 21 years when applied for immigration, has been done and now except one or two papers, CHC has asked for all the family PPR valid and expired.

Now this means my daughter is also being considered alongwith other family members.

Pl Camilla help.......

Hello Hira54,
I think the waiting time is increasing day by day.So do you intend to go for the PR once it comes. I think after waiting so long it would be better to go ahead ,as the opportunities are there for all.

Hello Virve,

Thanx for your enquiry. As u know the waiting time has increased in the last 10 years from 3 years to more than six years, the priorities change altogether, but we should not leave the chance as it comes once in a lifetime.

Definitely, I have already sent my PPRs to CHC Delhi and waiting for the final result now.
