My current application status shows 2 stutuses; of 24th Aug 2004 and the existing 17 Aug 2007. If my previous application does not have any effect with the present application, why the earlier status being shown. Please advise.

Hi, did they refused your last application?

Hi, why did they refused your last application?
Posted by nitinmenenn on 29 Feb 2008
Yes. they refused my application saying that I didn't submit the certificate showing the language proficiency on or before the deadline, which was February 28th, 2007. In June 2007 I appeared IELTS and secured sufficient band and resubmitted the application through my agent in Canada. I was really thinking for an attempt of appeal, but discouraged me and advised re-submission is certainly good as it can find good results eventhough there is delay factor. As my agent indicated, the second time it would not take more that 12 - 15 months but I am not sure of it. In fact my processing completed in total 26 months from the month of AOR.

Please share your views on this subject.

I think the resubmission is not a right disigion, but if you need an accurate advice, ask Andrew Miller in britishexpats.com.

Good luck

Until last week I could see my application stutus by putting two registration numbers the old and the existing; now interestingly the old number seems invalid, as I tried many times to enter with the same but failed. I feel this happned due to their updatement.

Why, you didn't submit IELTS before deadline, I want to know all what happened because I'll submit IELTS in Dec.
With my best regards

Dear Safar:

Regarding your first query, my whole background with this case is above given, please read it fully. As for second query, Acceptance of Registration (AOR).

Best regards,
Nitin

How the man know that he has acceptance of registration if he has the file number or what.
With my best regrads.

Acceptance of registration is it the date when they began to put my application in process or which date exactly,
with my best regards.

Not sure what's happening with this case!
Why are you updeteing your account almost every day if there are no changes in your process aplication?
Posted by nitinmenenn on 09 Oct 2009
My lawyer advised last month that the next update from Embassy can be expected in another 2-3 months.
Secondly I think you don't mind, if I watch other's case every day with your permission.

You can do whatever you wish; I was wondering why this case is updated even though there are no changes in your application process. I am closely wathing all 2007 applications as my case is from that year as well.
Cheers,
Gregor
Good luck
