There is something going and I don't quite understand it. I just checked the USCIS website today. Now they are processing cases received Jan 13, 2007 and up.
I have a receipt date of November 14, 2006 no word on my case.
Another weird info is someone just posted that his case has been approved but the online status is still showing pending.

Finally, I got email on Tuesday requesting additional evidence. I did not get the letter yet. Hopefully by Saturday I will get it. Now I am out of the country US. I am currently working in Canada. When replying I am planning to notify them and then go for consular processing.

I did even submit the RFE and they sent me another notice. I ignore that one too they still have not rejected the case yet. I have settled in Canada and am doing very well there. Canada is also a good country. Life is less stressfull compared to the US.
