Hello jan072003, sorry for that. May I know on what grounds your I 140 has been rejected? My I 140 is also got REF for eductional qualification evaluation, sent a reply and pending since a week. What did they request you in RFE and the reject decission based on the reply you sent for the RFE? Thanks and wish you good luck on your future efforts.

I have three years degree BCom and CA from India, filed under EB2 got RFE on 4 years equivalency issue. Case denied as they are specially looking for single source degree if you are filing under EB2. Looks like if you file under EB3 thinks should be OK.

What would be your next step?
Can we get H1B extension even though I-140 is denied ?
I have similar situation. Denied on B.SC+1.5 PG under EB3 degree on 4 years equivalency issue.
If you have any suggestion. Highly appreciated.
