Did you get any LUD's/Status updates online or from your attorney?!
The FedEx signature receipt says that it was delivered on 7/30/07, the receipt acknowledgement was dated 8/2/07, then on 8/3/07 I had LUD with no changes (online). Still waiting. I saw that you asked somebody else the same question, did you notice any trend?
Actually, trying to figure out what the trend is at NSC:). Me in the line, too. Good Luck to all:)

Our cases are similar as we meet in many threads. Can you let me know the IO handling your case? It should be on your RFE. Mine is NSC/BJC EX306. Just wanted to see if this IO is the one messing up our cases.
