Hi BalleBalle,
I noticed something about name check on your profile?
How did uscis inform you about name check.. My app has been pending for
some time now and so i am wondering...
Also my lawyer asked me to go for an Infopass to ask more
about why my applicaiton is pending since the NCSC customer reps are not saying anything over the phone except to wait.
Any advice here..

You can go to Infopass website and book and appointment and find that out. Please do not expect anything from them. They are far useless than customer reps. In fact based on their website, they are supposed to help us out, but they dont. So thats the final story. But to be on record, please do that..
