If you are in an area where the CIS is busy then your FP notice would take time.

I got e-mail from CRIS that approval notice was mailed for my AP (8/22) and EAD(8/27). I still have not got FP notices. looks like we are in same boat except that u r in bay area and I am in NJ.
did you call USCIS regarding FP notices? I called them and they gave service request ticket number.

No, i did not call CIS about FP notices. I knew that it's taking more time in getting FP notices for my area so i just waited out. I got them yesterday for both myself and my wife for Sept 21st.
Don't worry, you will eventually get it.
Our lawyer got approval notices for our AP yesterday as well but online status for them still show pending!!! I guess online status is not that reliable. Beware.

Posted by pswarDOTcom on 24 Sep 2007Finished FP last friday, it literally took less then 10 minutes start to finish. Very pleasant experience. Expected to be like DMV, but there were only a few people and all done very quickly.

No, AP looks like an H1B approval notice with your picture at the bottom left and a square box for some kind of stamp(i'd imagine, it would be stamped at POE) to the right of it.

The old one was approved in APR'06! LUD of 09/30/2007 on it. Any ideas why?

I completed fingerprinting in August though.Waiting for those 2 soft LUDs.With these updates out of sync in online system at TSC donno when I will hear something abt my case.Keep us posted about any LUDs you have on your case.
