sorry ! jpkml saw ur post late... I thought NJ comes under Vermont juridiction..came to know later that it was submitted to nebraska,but when I received receipts and checked case status online it said texas service center,

Yes! just saw a lud for 10/23/07 says approval notice sent. I guess they are approving by notice date.
