Hi, did you send your application to TSC directly? or it is transfered from NSC? I have the same dates as yours, but nothing received.

I sent it to TSC direct. I am forced to change my information.

I had originally filed on 6/8. It got rejected because the checks were not signed. Lawyer said that she refiled on 26th to reach them on 27th. So, I have receipt number from those rejection notices. As of today the information has not updated on those receipts. They still say they were rejected on 6/21.

However, yesterday, when I called IO said my case got entered on 8/3 and that receipts were sent. But, when my wife called today IO said nothing in the system. Online information for my original receipts still have not updated, and now USCIS is refusing to connect us to IO if not pending for over 90 days.

Checks were signed by the lawyer and she says the person who can tell whether checks have cashed is on vacation. So, have to wait for his return to find out about checks. So, I am going back to limbo mode and have updated my profile to reflect that.

Thank you very much for your reply! Your cases will be OK this time!
My applicaiton was delivered to NSC on June 27, but no receipt yet, check is not cashed, name is not in USCIS system. So I am wondering my case is transfered to TSC.

Hi folks,

Sorry for the delay in response! Was out of town. sssfo and rakenair - Thank You! Good luck to rakenair. I am sure yours is close. Sturbridge, there are tons of threads in trackitt and other forums which list the sequence of numers to use to reach TSC by phone. You should be able to find it with minimal research. I did not do this. I just took a couple of Infopass appointments at the local office.
