when ur NC is cleared (28 Nov 2007)...don't you have any LUDs on 485 ? How do you know it was approved on 28 Nov 2007 ?

can you tell me about lud of 02/08 on your I140. I had a similar lud in 02/08 on my I140, it said the 140 was approved in 06/07. I received the approval notice in 06/07 itself.
sorry my lud was in 03/08 not 02/08 as I mentioned in my prev. comment.

My I-140 lud on 02/08 generated CRIS e-mail to my inbox, although that I-140 was approved more than a year ago.

My case is similar to yours.I also filed with 2 I140s.I called IO and she told me that the later PD was in the system.Did your PD get changed after ur attorney send the I140s the second time?

Attorney did send copies of my 2 I-140's couple of weeks ago; my PD hasn't changed yet. They said it could take up to 2 months for them to make any changes. By that time, our PD may not remain current. Thanks.

It doesn't really make sense , if they didn't consider the earlier PD how did our application get accepted in June. Anyways our attorney is going to send the I140's again .Please let me know if u have any progress on your case.
