can you please give me details about taking infopass appointment? I posted this in other discussion also. But there was no anwser. When we take the appointment online what are the options to choose from second screen. Do you need a service request number?? How can you get that??? I would really appreciate your answer.

How do we know whether NC is initiated? I filed my 485 Nov'06 and there are no LUD on 485 after that. Should I call USCIS customer service number listed on the noitice to find out the NC status? Do they entertain the call as the 485 processing dates got retrogressed? Please advice.

You have to take a INFOPASS appt or talk to IO the the service center. The IO in both instances must be kind enough to give you the information though...
The level I CS rep will not have this info....

you dont require a SR number. Just go to INFOPASS link on the USCIS website. Choose 'You need information or other services'. Ignore the message and click continue....
