Hello Roshini,
I haven't got my FP notice till now and looks like you also didn't get it. Wondering whether you are also living in San Jose,CA. Y'day i got my EAD approved and card production email and think you also got the same i believe. I have logged a service request for the FP y'day and wondering did u get a chance to talk to Nebraska on your FP.

No I dont live in the San Jose area. I have been waiting for the FP notice quite a while. In fact i did not yet receive the physical receipt notices of the 485/131/765. The date which I have put is the date the USCIS online status shows. My checks got cashed on Sept 11. Still waiting for the receipts and in the meantime yesterday a number of people got the EAD card production e-mail. I think everything is quite messed up at USCIS and we have to wait patiently. I have not yet talked to nebraska about the FP.
Hello Roshini,
If you have signed G28 form, then your attorney would receive the receipt notice(not you). You should check with the attorney whether they have received it or not. Also it is not unusal that people are receiving EADs. Nebraska started approving July 2nd filer EAD only now. If you check the processing times, we are receiving EADs at the correct time itself according USCIS processing time frames.

Received our fingerprinting date for October 25th and also received physical EAD card.

Thanks for informing. I too have received the EAD card and came to know from USCIS IO that my FP appointment is fixed for 27th Oct, which is a Saturday. Strange...Waiting for the FP notice.
