did you receive your advance parole yet?
 Posted by rghrdr777 on 23 Oct 2007
No, I did not receive my advance parole yet. Neither did my wife (Derivative). I am not sure what is going on at TSC. People who filed way later are getting AP's approved.

indhirakshi,

I was told by the TSC IO when I called on March 7th and March 31st. I would ask them if my namecheck has cleared and they would check something and tell me that it has been cleared.

Hi, Whats going on with your case...

Sr1973,

Nothing is happening on my case. I called TSC the other day and they are still stubborn on disclosing anything. They just ask you to call the National Call Center and open a SR. I hear from my friends that NSC is giving the case status. Hoping that they will look at my application in August.

Cheers.

Unless you guys are given GC, our turn will be delayed.. So good luck and get off the GC queue :)

I just looked your profile. You got to mail the DHS-7001 immediately and fax to TSC. I did advice the same to a friend who had a PD Nov 2003. He got in a week. You are current for last 3 to 4 months now. So go ahead and knock all doors. You are also eligible to open SR. Make sure you send separate requests for both you and spouse (if any).
