Congrats!!! I think you are the fist person who filed in july to get his/her check encashed. Lucky you...

Thanks buddy...but lucky..I dont know...once I had filed a Labor in May 2004 and then got stuck in BEC.When it went to BEC,I was on e of the first few guys who got the 45-day letter from BEC,saying case has been entered in system.After that till 2006-nothing happened and finally I left the old Company and filed through another Company resetting my PD to Jan 2006.
Hope same pattern does not follow. :) Then I am in for BEC- Part2.

Can you please check and let us know your LUD of 140 on USCIS site.
Also did all your checkes got cashed ? like 485 , EAD and AP ?
There are many guys on this forum whos 140 LUD has changed to 07-28-2007 even though they got there 140 approval many months or year back.

checked my 140 LUD.No changes-still shows old date.

Do u know how and where to check the LUD on an approved 140. I know how to check the case status. When I do the same, it says application approved and sent on 09/2/2004. But where do I look for the LUD???

You need to create an account with userid and password.You can find link in status check page.
Once you create your account,you can add as many "LIN***","EAC**" etc case numbers to your portfolio.Once you add those,you will see "last_update_date"(LUD) column also.

You can try call them to get the receipt. The number is 800-375-5283 and select option two and follow the instructions from there.

Guys,
got the physical receipts also for I-485 and EAD today -08/13. Did not file for AP.
Receipt date shows-July 2 and notice date-July 26.
So,hang in there-receipts are being sent out as well.
