Our cases are very similar, I am ahead of you only few days of receipt date of 485 (mien was Aug 0107). Ash07s RD is july 17, got approval last week. Hoping that ours also very close to approval. Keep posting your progress. Thanks

No I did not get any LUD on my 140. The LUD was when it got approved in june 07. LUD on my 485 was on dec 18 07 for AP. Nothing happened after that. How about it

Asho7 said he did not get any recent LUD until he got approval.

I think that ash07 did get some LUDs on his I140 in March.

I saw that case approved. So excited and waiting for my turn. I have question, my 485 receipt shows receipt date Aug 1 07 and noticed date sep 10, 2007. But the online status shows on sep 10 2007, we received.....

So how they will process, based on receipt date which is Aug 01? if Aug 01, then I am pretty close but if they processed by Sep 10, then a long way to go....

Hi rprr

I could not controlled myself to call NSC, a nice customer rep talked to me and he said I should know the status within in 51days... He also said it is upper limit and may not necessarily to wait that long... I think its a standard answer.....

I think there could potentially be many factors working for my approval such as priority date and a non concurrent filing. Just hang in there guys......

Ummmmmmmmm..Nothing moves...Frustrating. A company is ready to hire me but they want the GC not EAD as they are a defense contractor. Sitting for a long time in academic frustrating me...........Don't know when I will get my card. As approaching year end, I scared for availability of visa for Indians

I saw a LUD on my approved I140 on 5/4/08, its sunday(!?). Before that, I had updated on June 29 2007, the day I140 was approved.

Thank you. RFE was to take TB skin test as it was not done the first time.

Congrats rprr for the approval. nice that your case also gone through without any difficulties. What was the RFE for TB skin test?

thank you very much for your support. In my case the doctor did not do the TB skin test. Only the X-ray was done. He had left the TB test part in the form empty. The RFE asked for the TB skin test to be performed and then recorded on the old form and sent back.
