Thank you for the good wishes. I have not received any LUD or nothing. I received an email notification on 1/17/08 that my I-485 was approved and card production was ordered though my I-140 was showing still pending. Then, I received 2 emails from CRIS on 1/18/08. One was about approval of I-485 and the other was about I-140 approval. As of today, (1/18/08) everything on my account appears updated. Apparently, I-485 LUDs ahead of I-140 LUDs. I wish you good luck.

Hey gcbulgaria - are you doing anything proactively to use the CC? As you know, I am in the same boat too so am keen to know.

I've done evrything I can. Now just waiting. Also spent a bunch of money on EAD renewal for my husband and myself and the company did on H1 B extension. The lawyer said that now they can only do anything (AILA, Ombudsman and Senator) after the processing date is a month after my RD. So lets see... Honestly at this point I am begionning to give up on this whole thing!

Did you try the FOIA route? If so have you heard back yet? Also did you get a 1-yr H-1B extension or a 3 year?
Posted by gcbulgaria on 02 Jul 2008
No I havent't yet. I plan to wait another month before doing anything else. My H1B extension hasnt been approved yet so I dont know the time limit.

Thanks and good luck! Looks like you have already done a lot - do read my posts and maybe you can do those things too if not already done.

Hi

Can you tell me how to push the CC issue? thanks
Posted by crosscharge on 04 Sep 2008
Congratulations on getting CC GC! I am waiting for the same. But I CC'd my application after I filed in the indian quota in last year's july gold rush. Did you jointly file with the dependant in ROW or seperate.
Thanks
CC
