Unfortunately not yet...I've been waiting for it forever too. Nothing happen ever since my attorney received the first notice receipt of my i-140 and i-485.
Did you get your I-140/I-485 approval? Any updates. Thanks.

Did you apply EAD concurrently with I140/I485 or not? If not, when was it?
Because you get it almost 5 month after the USCIS receipt date.

No, I applied EAD separately. I don't remember the exact date I applied for it, but they got back to me right around 90 days.
How did you find name check approved?
I have the same question. Does the name check approval appear under the I-140 status if we check online?
No, I got the name check approval status from the Infopass appointment.

I went to infopass and they saying we do not give EAD anymore u have to contect with uscis .
