Hi! the Jan 17 processing dates update from the USCIS seems to suggest that they are currently processing I-485 applications filed around Jul 13, 2006 e.g., see https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Nebraska

It appears that your I-140 was approved quite some time ago. From your labor filing date, I would guess that your priority date is also current. Have you tried to find out (thru your attorney or directly with the USCIS) why your case is taking so long - is the priority date current? Are there delays with the name checks? Some other reasons?

My I140 (filed with sublc) that was filed with I485 is not approved. But I have another I140 approved from the same company which used my original LC. So recently I interfiled that I140 with my pending I485. I didn't have any status yet. My NC is still pending. My priority date is current based on the approved I140 - aug 2001
