no man, after responding to rfe nothing happened for a month. so i contacted my representative's office, on whose enquiry uscis issued 2nd biometrics notice for my wife. now, again waiting for almost a week since she got it done...

Can you please tell the procedure you followed to contact your representative, I am stuck similarly, my RFE was responded two times and updates yet. Thanks!

thanks guys. bklogsufferer, i looked up my representative's contact info at http://www.house.gov/ (search by zip) and contacted his office about 4 months back. since then i had been keeping the person handling my case informed of all progress and she had been quite helpful in following up with nsc and making sure they at least respond in timely fashion. lemme know if you need any more info.
