Hi ghopeful,

Yes I noticed that too. It seems that our faiths are in the hands of the same IO!
I really hope to see that our colors on the trackitt page become green!

Trackbuzz,

The highlights of our (my wife's and my) RFE's are:

1- Copies of the original birth certificates.
2- A copy of the marriage certificate.
3- Medical Exams again (we didn't do the TB skin test).
4- A letter from the employer although my case was NIW and it doesn't require employment.

Good luck

Hey Ash, It is weird that I had the same RFE about employment letter with my case being a NIW. I guess you are right about us having the same IO process our cases.

Hi Ash,

Hello ghopeful,

My wife got her 2nd FP notice scheduled on 07/01/08. I hope that after the FP she gets the approval.

Enjoy your life with the GC's!

Hello,

A Late congrats on your green card.
I have a question. As I got RFE on my case and my wife's case, you are able to help me because we are from same country.

They asked me to submit Birth Certificate shows parentage. In Iranian birth certificate(and the translation), there is no last name for mother and father, Waht did you do about it?

Also, How can I notarize the copies? I have only one birth certificate translation and i am going to send the copies (notarized)

Thanks!
