Hi did you RFE was approved , what is ur status
still waiting, the RFE was acknoledged on 8/2/07, and an LUD a day after, then no changes.

That sucks! Did they say the reasons for not approving your I-140? Espero que tudo se resolva. Principalmente porque voce esta no processo desde 2001. Boa sorte!
I should get the reason in about 3 days, as soon as I get it I will post it, but most likely ability to pay arguments were not strong enough.

I also had a i140 denied...but we started from the scratch with the i140 again and got approved in 4 months.....now we are waiting for the i485 to be approved , no RFE so far though....how is your case now?
