I am wondering what your online status for your I-140 states. I have received the I-140 approval notice in the mail, but the online case status indicates that it is still pending. Can you verify what your I-140 online status states?
Ours states:

Funny you ask because I just checked and now it says "case received and pending". After they received my upgrade to PP, the online status stated they received my PP upgrade, just like what you are seeing now.
Then my lawyer received notice it was approved.
My only explanation is that the online case status is not 100% right.
