You never know, may be your NC is done or the case is going to be adjudicated without the NC. Please keeep us posted.

Sure, not a problem. NC is not finished as of 01/29/2008 - called NSC by POJ method. My colleague having similar circumstances (Russian, EB1B, same company, same line of work) sits in NC 18 month longer than me. Yes, adjudication with NC still pending is a possibility with all proper caveats about actual decision time accounting for all other unlucky people sitting in NC longer than me.

2/14/08: Hard LUD - Card production ordered. Same for my spouse. But nothing for my child yet. Called NSC, got answer that the child's one is waiting for an officer.

Congratulations!!! Have you asked IO your NC status?
Posted by gramatar on 14 Feb 2008
Not today. I asked two weeks ago, and it was not done yet. I didn't bother to ask this time as I believe the decision is related to this new memo on NC pending longer 180 days.
