Thank you bdotimistic, imranessani, and iahmed. i hope that all of you get your approvals soon.
IAhmed: I did not file WOM (only two SRs: last one was in November 07). Also my senator and they confirmed that NC is pending since June 06.
I was seriously thinking about WOM once I reach 2-yr timeline. Your RD is Nov 06 and I think now they are eliminating FBI NC backlog and subsequently CIS approvals are coming through. Good luck.
