Hi feb14perm,
Congrats on your receipt notice! I have couple of questions for you..
1. The 10/4/07 date was the date you actually received the hard copy of the Notice?
2. Or was it the day the checks were cashed?
3. When did you or your lawyer actually got the paper Notice?

Thanks, my checks were cashed on 10/05/07, attorney got the notices on 10/16/07.
