Hi! Yours and mine file has same received date. Did you get any updates? My file got transfered to National Benefit Center on jan 07, 2008 and got transfered again on jan 14, 2008 to some USCIS office. Can you update me with your status?

MMmmmGc,

3) On 01/17/08. The case was moved again to another office.
Message: The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

I hope the moves (2& 3) were to the local USCIS office. Which could mean, they may call me for an interview.

This is just my guess. Do you know what this could mean?
(Sorry, I can't make anymore sense out of this).

Thanks,
Ravi

I called USCIS office and they said they are trying to speed up the process. Also they said the physical mail that will come in should has the name of the center where it got transfered. I am in same boat as you are and looks like our file is in same batch as mine as they are moving at the same time.

MMmmmGC,

The notice mail I received (for 1st move) doesn't say any center name. May be, the next one (third one) will say that. I will let you know if I hear anything new.

Any more updates on your case? I spoke to TSC customer service and they told me that my name check is pending and that my case is under review.

BrokenArrow,

Not a word. We finished our AOS interview. I'm trying to think less about it for now, that's is my way of dealing with this problem.
Should there be any development, I will keep my profile posted.
