Hi devinyc..can you please check your dates for accuracy...application mailed on 08/16 and received on 12/29...4.5 months later???...also...notice date received 5 months before the day you sent it....
(date in your LUD is 2009, please correct to 2008)..don't drink too much caipirinha when you enter the info in trackitt...look what happens

Dude, if you only new the confusion that my lawyer created with my case, you'd be like...drop the caipirinha and go with straight up with the cachaca !!! lol
All my applications were received by the USCIS in Aug 16th, and I did receive all those LUS's, but my lawyer made a few mistakes, that my case go so backed up, I few things had to be changed, fees had to be corrected, Doc's back and forth....well at the and the USCIS, gave new receipt #'s.
Maybe I should just put on the comments all these adjustments like you did instead of changing the dates!
