INFO PASS 002 Self : On Nov 19, 2008, Visited local USCIS OFFICE at Fairfax Virginia IO informed that case is out of processing time, background check is completed and booked a biometric appointment for Dec 3rd.
FP 002 Self : On Dec 3 FP is done. On Dec 11 i called FBI (TNo. 304-625-5590) and verify that FP record is cleared and has been sent back from FBI to USCIS on Dec 4th.
INFO PASS Spouse 001: On DEC 3, 2008, Visited local USCIS OFFICE at Fairfax Virginia IO informed that case is out of processing time, background check is completed and booked a biometric appointment for Dec 19.
SR Spouse : On 12/3/2008,I called to 18003755283, and I was asked to wait till 45 days to get response on SR
SR Self : On 12/10/2008 Called to 18003755283, opened SRand I was asked to wait till 45 days to get response on SR.
*********** DEC 3 - I decided to SUE (WOM) uscis sometimes in March 2009 so started preparation.*****************
On Dec 11 I send out request letters to congress man , senator and first lady to follow up on my 485 case.Also contacted FBI to provice 'No record' check.
I am from virginia so I contacted following people and waiting for answers
