I am not bitter at all. I am taking it easy. I have sarcastic comments. I believe (before this new rule) you usually got your GC in 3-4 months or 10 years. By the way what caused you to think that I am bitter? :=)

Salaam hajigc,

If you looking at my profile we are on the same boat. I have Ph.D. too and working for an international company. I think for Iranians they have special never ending background check. My FBI namecheck cleared in March after four years. Now they are saying the case is " under extended review " and ....blah blah blah

Hi hajigc,

Do you have anything new about your case? My attorney told me that USCIS transferred my case to special unit to review by a supervisor!! I do not know what does it mean.

Merci Merci Merci. I hope you get it very soon too. Actually the reason that I got my GC was that I called TSC and threatened them. I told them, either you have to issue my GC or please tell me when you are going to do it :=)
