Not a clue about it yet.
I will have to wait for the paper to show up.
Do you know if it gets to me, the lawyer or both?
Posted by ginetto on 06 Oct 2008
The RFE is asking a "letter from the employer confirming that the offer of permanent employment continues to exist".
The lawyer drafted a letter and my employer should sign it today.
Hopefully by the end of the week it will be at NSC.

Let's see if I can put up a good summary of my case.

Filed concurrently EB1B on 01/30/2008 with my wife as dependent.
Paperwork delivered to NSC on 02/01/2008 by FEDEX.

Beginning of march I was getting nervous because the checks were not cleared and receipts were not received.
I really needed the AP for business related travel. I started to call USCIS until on 03/14 they gave me my receipt numbers (LIN) on the phone.
