Are you watching soft 485 LUDs through online login based case access that USCIS has through its web site. I have a similar long standing case and had a 485 soft LUD on 3/10/2008 and 3/11/2008. You can still go online, setup your account, and check the last date of 485 activity on your file.

It was a long RFE:

1) Get TB Skin Test done
AC21-
2) Employment history and documents to support it since last lawful entry into US
3) Employment verification letter

My attorney did a great job and I am very hopeful to get the approval soon.

did you follow up on the RFE reply, I had a similar RFE requesting all pay stubs from all employers first & last of every year, tax returns along with all 1099 and all I-94

another 10 days I will be reaching the 60 day limit for RFE reply, so hoping to get some idea as what others do to get attention to their files.

Thanks libr76!! .... No, I didn't follow up on my RFE after submission. You should also be getting your GC in a week as you are approaching the 60 day limit.
