Hi great1976,
Did you receive your permanent resident card by mail? If yes, when?
Thanks.

Great1976,

Can you please advise, what it takes to apply the labor in the EB1A category? On the USCIS site it says one has to be exceptional degrees research blah blah... I guess some people on this forum as Project Managers also got through the GC. Please advise.

Hi Hearthorb,

As you might be knowing applying for EB1A, you have to demonstrate your exceptional ability in your area. For that Ph. D degree is highly favorable but not a must. If you have Masters you can apply for EB1A. Another thing you need to know is that, for EB1A category you need not have any labor certificate for applying. Regarding your question whether project managers can apply in this category, I really dont know. I am basically a researcher and have a Ph. D degree. But lot of your questions will be answered in this page. Just go through, good luck.
