On April 3, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case (still waiting to recieve this, probably the W2, pay stub, passport, IRS transcript RFE).

Hi

Do you have any idea what the RFI could be ?

Could it be proof of employment.

Your dates are very similar to mine.

Please advise once you know what it is.

Best of luck to you and God Bless !!!

Sweetpea.

Ndatenda Sweetpea,
Only got the email on 4/4/08, so will wait until I get the actual letter. Could be anything, so we are trying not to get too depressed speculating what it could be.

Best of luck to you, I hope you get it soon !!!

You have waited long enough, I know what it is like.

Ok the RFE is an easy one (phew!!), just a resubmit of the g325a forms, with original signatures (I am going to sign them in blue ink this time, I think they may have thought they were photocopies), and a letter from my employer stating I work and will continue to work for them. Hopefully get it out today and get this resolved quickly.

Maybe they will give us Zimbo's a break.

Good news!!

You will have your Green card very, very soon.

I have just changed employers, start my new job on Tuesday, so I hope I don't get any RFE's as this will really
be a pain.

I hope I am not far behind you !!!!

DRGC: Did you get an LUDs on your I-140? Because I know since you have cross chargeability that before your I-485 is approved you need to see (2 to 8 weeks before that) an LUD in your I-140, if you havent done so add your approved I-140 case number and check the last updated date and may be is 2008 :)
