Darn, yours has been panding even longer than mine... My namecheck took 1.5 years. Have you done anything about yours? Ombudsman, Senators/Congressmen?

I've done usual stuff, once wrote to Bush. At some point I decided that I have a life and stopped paying lot of attention to how the case is going.

A lot of people whose NCs were apparently still pending have been approved over the last 3 weeks. In fact, almost all Russians on trackitt with RD < March 2007 either got approved, or received an RFE, or a new FP appointment.

I suggest that, if you don't hear anything from them by the middle of the next week, call and remind them about your case.

I hope you will get your GC soon.
