Hi immtrix,

My case is filed very close to your dates. What exact steps did you follow to get an Infopass Appt.? I am trying and of the four following options:

1) Order from Immigration Court
2) Case Processing Appointment
3) EAD inquiry appointment
4) Case Services follow-up appointment

which one did you choose? Please Help.

I don't remember the exact options anymore. But I think it was (2) since the others clearly don't apply to my case. The appointment type on my Infopass receipt says "Speak to immigration officer" if that helps.
