I got a soft LUD on 2/3/2008 and that was it. On 4/22 I got the long-waited email from CRIS.

Gracias chamo.. por fin se acabo la pesadilla. Mi consejo es que sigas pendiente del caso, y si ves que gente que metio papeles despues que tu la empiezan a aprobar, contacta la oficina del diputado que represente tu jurisdiccion. Eso fue lo que yo hice y en una semana estaban asignando el caso a un oficial, y solo tardo 4 dias en aprobarlo. Buena suerte!

Finalmente sali de esa larga espera, especie de record. Ojala que en el proximo boletin haya disponibilidad de visas para tu PD; si es asi no olvides comunicarte con tus abogados para que envien el email con esa informacion (TSC Streamline procedure)
