No
so they took the money knowing your I-485 was approved? is this legal?
485 was approved after EAD was filed. Nothing illegal about it. If it's approved, don't apply.
i suppose you must be content with paying for nothing
then again dont we all, who am i to question that
My company paid for it. And it triggered them to look at my pending 485. That's money well spent. Look at my case history an posts to know more.
