I guess that it is cleared. We got our attorney with us on the interview. The officer asked a couple of questions based on the 485 format. Only strange thing is that they asked for my husband's transcript. we did not bring with us. But later, the officer said that he may not send us the ref for that. The visa is not available for EB3, he said that the our files will be put on shelf. and the attorney will need to call them on Oct 1 to get the visa number for us. |
