Do you know the exact reason of audit ?
Also can you specify if u are filing on basis of M.S or B.S + 5 yr exp ?
Asking since your filing date is 1 day before mine in the same category.

Thanks.

Oh ok....... My Lawyer is not willing to share the details of the reason for audit, however his associate is saying its a general random audit.
Mine is M.S + 2 yrs in SQL/Oracle/DB2 as DatabaseAdmin-Developer.
For me they took the ETA form Signed + Letter from the client where I am working that they need a M.S + 2 yrs of exp. in these related fields.
Also, my previous experience letters and proof of recruitment from my company.

I saw your posts and one (Posted in Atlanta PERM Forum on 21 Apr 2008) in which you were discussing about status like "In Process". Can you tell me which status you are talking about? If it is for labor certication status from department of labor, can you please tell me where to go to get the status (any link, website etc)?
I had audit in Jan (routine as per my company) and we sent them the required forms (8089) within a week, but not heard back anything. Any info is appreciated. Good luck.
