Hey there... Actually, I don't know the reason since the company lawyers are taking care of it, alam ko lang ay may audit request. According to the limited info we get, I think the company has to prove that the masters degree is a real requirement.

Where are you and what do you do? Are you still applying for green card or just looking on what's happening?

Nasa IT field ako, we have the same reason of audit, business necessity (BS +7 years), my lawyer told me that DOL has increased the number of cases being audited for EB2. Nasa indianapolis ako. Where are you? Good luck!

Hi Max, my case was filed and audited around the same time as yours (18 Jan 2008). As far as i can tell from the trackitt database, your case is one of a very few to be approved after being audited in that 'Black Period - Sep07-Feb08'...Atleast gives us hope that things are moving. Good Luck with the rest of the process.

no not with fragomen, i really was surprised when my lawyer told me it was certified, i expect to spend 400+ days to be certified, at least your case might certified ealier than that, i hope. Good luck
