Don't know exactly what. Employer and Lawyer didn't want to tell me.

Lawyers reply: "The issue was that they did not think you were qualified for the position. After reviewing it, I think it was a coding issue because it appears clear to me that you are qualified." Since I have MS + 10 years, it seems that it was lawyers mistake.

How come is that you are MS + 10 year experience and still in H1 or J1? Where is your experience from? If it is not from USA it is normally discarded.

Both degree and experience are from Russia. Degree was evaluated in US as MS in CS. I'm here in US since 2003-04-15 on H-1B. I was doing outsourcing projects for US companies since 2001 and moved to US to continue one of the projects.

It's been approved this week, don't know exact date yet. Waiting for the certified paper copy.
