I have question about EB2, please help me with your experience...
My attorney has told that, she will file my labor under EB2 category and they are tying put paper ad like below ...
Bachelor degree (U.S. or foreign edu) in Engr/Computers/Mathematics or related field plus five (5) years experience in the job offered or in a related Software Development position. Prior work experience must include Java/J2EE, Swing, Unix Shell Script, Oracle PL/SQL.
Is this ad sufficient for EB2 filing. And, I hold B.Sc ( 3 years degree in Mathematics ), MCA ( 3 years masters in Computers) plus 10 years experience in IT. Is the above information is sufficient for fling EB2 Category ? Please help me to answer.
