they were auditing about the foreign language requirement and there is a 7/5 deadline for responding to the audit.

Hello Breeze! We are in the same boat. I filed 01-26-2007 and my attorney received the audit letter last Friday. This sucks so bad. after 5 months they decided they have some questions. I don't know yet what the audit is for, but it's definetly not language requirement.
