This sucks big time. What was the audit note about?

are u able to keep the same priority date if your prev case was denied?

they were auditing about the foreign language requirement and there is a 7/5 deadline for responding to the audit.

not sure about lifeline's question.

Hello Breeze! We are in the same boat. I filed 01-26-2007 and my attorney received the audit letter last Friday. This sucks so bad. after 5 months they decided they have some questions. I don't know yet what the audit is for, but it's definetly not language requirement.
