Employer should have got a survey after they filed application online if they didn't respond within 14 days they will call to verify. I got that too. We didn't get any survey at all til they called to verify

yes, you are right. The survey usually comes in through email body, and with the security on the email server nowadays, it could be easily blocked as spam. Once the survey is completed, the employer will get a confirmation email. ... but it is just getting slower and slower in Atlanta processing center. I was told by my laywer that it is because some of their resources were moved to process temorary H2B... hope they can catch up quickly.

I sent an inquiry to Atlanta center to inquire the status of my case. They replied the second day saying only my employer can inquire about the case. I then ask my employer to inquire. So far I haven't heard anything from them yet.

I got a response back today from Atlanta center advising that my case was denied, which was followed by a RFR/appeal. I asked my employer and was told that it was a processing issue at the time of submission. It was corrected and the case is back in the process.

due to a stupid error from my employer at the time of submission, it was initially denied. It was then Requested for Review/appeal. I don't know when the RFR/appeal was submitted. I don't how long my case will take. It is terribel situation.
